Todd Richardson built CBRE's facility services subsidiary from inception into a multi-billion-dollar enterprise business, establishing one of the largest outsourced property services operations in the country. He brings two decades of platform-building and enterprise sales experience to Sentinel, with marquee clients including CBRE and UPS.

Patrick Lewis

CTO

Patrick Lewis previously led data security at Bank of America, architecting and operationalizing security infrastructure at one of the world's largest and most complex financial institutions. He brings that enterprise-scale engineering discipline to Sentinel as the technical force behind the platform.

Gregg Shutan

Chief Growth Officer

Gregg Shutan spent over 20 years at CBRE, rising to President of Integrated Accounts & Portfolio Services where he oversaw 1,400 employees and 65 Fortune 500 and Global 1000 client relationships. He subsequently served as President of East Region Brokerage at Colliers, building a career defined by winning and scaling billion-dollar outsourced real estate and facilities contracts.
